1. Position: Head Consumer Banking Division
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduation required (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized university.
15 years of experience in Consumer Banking/Retail Banking.
Experience in Islamic Banking product development will be an advantage.
Expertise in Shariah Compliant Banking is highly desirable.
Age limit as per Bank’s HR policy.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop a sales growth strategy and align it with Shariah governance.
Lead product teams and credit analysts.
Implement automation and digitization of Islamic finance processes.
Ensure Shariah-compliant profit-rate mechanisms.
Define credit approval processes for Auto, Home, and Personal Finance.
Submit reports to Head Retail Banking.
Location & Grade:
Grade: Up to SVP (Senior Vice President).
Location: Head Office, Peshawar.
Market-based salary package.
2. Position: Regional Head – Retail Banking
(For Central, Southern, Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, and Hazara regions)
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduation required (Master’s preferred).
10 years of experience in Commercial Banking, including 5 years as an Area Manager.
Preference for candidates with Islamic Banking experience.
Age limit as per Bank’s HR policy.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervise Area Managers and Branch Managers.
Manage Liability & Consumer Assets targets.
Track KPIs and monitor progress in the branch network.
Implement risk management policies and enhance customer service.
Location & Grade:
Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara region: Islamabad.
Central region: Lahore.
Southern region: Karachi.
Reports to Group Head Retail Banking.
Market-based salary package.
3. Position: Regional Head – Corporate & Investment Banking South
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduation required (Master’s preferred).
10 years of Commercial Banking experience, including 5 years in Corporate/Commercial/Retail Banking at a senior level.
Age limit as per Bank’s HR policy.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Finalize and review credit proposals.
Monitor and improve regional credit portfolios.
Conduct business visits for potential borrowers.
Assist in corporate banking business planning.
Track targets and channel marketing efforts.
Location & Grade:
Location: Karachi.
Reports to Group Head Corporate & Investment Banking.
Market-based salary package.
