Position Details
📌 Job Title: Traffic Control Operator (PPS-6)
📌 Number of Posts: 01
📌 Project: Development of ICT and AI-based Precision Agriculture Systems
📌 Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable based on performance)
📌 Location: NASTP, Rawalpindi/Islamabad

Key Responsibilities
✔ Operate and manage the traffic control center for UAV (drone) systems
✔ Conduct test flights to evaluate UAV performance, stability, and handling
✔ Develop detailed test plans for assessing UAV maneuverability and payload integration
✔ Ensure seamless execution of UAV operational flights
✔ Collaborate with project teams on AI-based agriculture initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Qualification: Certification/training in traffic control operations (aviation/UAV experience preferred)
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant operational experience
✅ Skills:
- Technical aptitude for UAV systems and flight protocols
- Ability to create and follow test plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
